ITALIAN BEEF
Made in-house from scratch. Slow roasted overnight with a blend Italian seasonings and spices, then sliced thin and dipped in an au jus style gravy, served piled high on a Turano French roll.
CROISSANT SANDWICHES
We have a variety of sandwiches, both hot and cold, served on a delicious, buttery croissant.

Our Story
Chicago Bob's is the brain child of Chicago native, Robert Walsh. Â After moving to Southwest Virginia in 2007 he realized he missed some of his favorite foods that Chicago is famous for. Â His dream finally came to fruition in 2021 when he opened Chicago Bob's. Â We specialize is some of Chicago's favorite foods, namely house-made Italian Beef and true Chicago hot dogs.
